Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao is playing a spoilsport in the benefits on the way for Andhra Pradesh. The residuary state was promised several incentives including Special Status and tax concessions in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization act during the bifurcation. AP Chief Minister is using all his contacts in BJP to make sure the promises are delivered.
