Anil (Sumanth Ashwin) is an MBA graduate who do not believe in arranged marriages. In the process of escaping one such match by her mother, he falls in love with Ananya (Eesha) who is a painter and card designer in a gift store. They fall in love but later decides to try a compatibility test to see if the love marriages work. They start living together and slowly like in every family, problems creep in. How they overcome those and cement their love forms the core story.
How they performed?
Since from his first movie, Sumanth Ashwin always seem to be a promising lad. He has the ease in his body to get in to the skin of the character. He has also shown reasonable improvement from his first movie in delivering right expressions too. Eesha looked beautiful and did reasonably well. Rao Ramesh is excellent and Rohini is equally good. Avasarala Srinivas is good in a punching bag type of character. Thagubothu Ramesh’s comedy is good and Ravi Babu sizzled for a short time. Rest of them are all okay.
First things first, the story line of the movie will get connected to every one. The director handled the first half very well. The cute love story between the couple is portrayed very well and the excellent chemistry between them also added beauty to it. But things went wrong in the second half, the artists for some reason started to over act in their roles and the story deviated from the track for some but the director managed to bring it on track and end well.
Kalyani Koduri’s music is a huge plus to the movie. Brinda’s cinematography is excellent. Editor could have worked better. Production values are sufficient.
Anthaku Mundhu Aa Tharuvatha despite few shortcomings is able to deliver the promise. It keeps audience entertained and engrossed to the story. The movie will certainly use the vacuum at the box office and make a mark. Well done team!
