• Raviteja Nippu Movie Review

Starring: Ravi Teja, Deekshaseth, Sriram, Bhavana, Harish Shankar, Brahmanandham and others

    Producer: YVS Chowdary

    Music: Thaman

    Rating: 2.5/5

Nippu is the story of a gym coach, Surya is a blood boiling youth who fights against injustice. He then locks horns with Raja Goud (Pradeep Rawat). Surya’s close friend Sri (Sri Ram) goes to Saudi Arabia and falls in trouble there. In an interesting twist, Raja Goud only can save Sri. Will Ravi Teja compromise with him for his friend forms the rest of the story.

The character of Surya is a cake walk for Ravi Teja. He performed highly energetic character with tremendous ease. His trade mark dialogue delivery is at its best once again. Deekshaseth looked good and delivered a decent performance.

Rajendra Prasad and Krishnudu are wasted for insignificant roles. Brahmaji and Brahmandham brings few laughs.

    Technical Performances:

We can see the shadow of ‘Okkadu’ Gunashekar in some places. Hisstory narration style and screenplay are par below average. Fights are disastrous with out any logic. The story is not ended convincingly too. Visual effects are completely bullshit.

Akula Siva’s dialogues are good. Goutham Raju’s editing is worse. Back Ground score by Thaman is ok. Music is below normal.

    Final word:

There are few good moments and many bad moments in the  movie. Ravi Teja’s mannerisms are the only saving grace. Good screenplay and Editing would have made the movie watchable. The box office success of the movie depends on Ravi Teja. If Poolarangadu is good, the prospectus of the movie success is doubt.
