The regional censor board in Hyderabad had watched the special screening of Vennela Kishore’s directorial ‘Vennela 1 1/2′ and had reportedly suggested as many as 10-15 cuts in the movie. The movie team had reportedly got in to a heated with the board but it is of no use. The movie was awarded with ‘A’ certificate and is releasing on 21st of this month.

Recently, Anil Sunkara, one of the producers of Dookudu had bought the entire movie rights and 14 Reels is distributing the movie on their own in majority of regions. Chaitanya Krishna and Monal Gajjar are playing the lead roles in the movie.
