Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam is heading towards being a big disaster. The movie had witnessed heavy drops from Saturday itself. Things are indicating that it will be horrible at the box office from Monday, as the working days begin. That will mean that the trade is in for heavy losses.
If sources close to Mahesh Babu are to be believed, the actor and the producer of the film, Potluri Vara Prasad are thinking on the lines to reimburse some part of the losses incurred on the film to the trade. The pre-release business of the film is around 74 Crore and the movie has to get 76.5 Crore Share to be a safe venture.
Going by the run, even 40 Crore Share seem to be very difficult. Mahesh Babu is also the co-producer of the film and it is his responsibility to share the burden. The quantum of help may be decided in the next few days. Brahmotsavam is likely to complete its full run by this month-end and may be a washout when A..Aa releases on June 2nd.
