Charmee replaces Lakshmi Rai

Few days ago,it was told that Lakshmi Rai will be dancing in the item song of Nagarjuna’s Damarukham but now the makers have dropped the idea. They have zeroed in on Charmee who had danced in Nagarjuna’s King and Ragada. The movies were decent hits. So, Nagarjuna wants to continue his sentiment.

The item song incidentally is the introduction song of the actor in the movie. The song will be shot from 3oth of this month in Hyderabad. With this the entire shooting of the movie will be wrapped up. The audio release of the movie will take place on September 10th and movie will hit the screens on October 12th.

Damarukam is directed by Srinivas Reddy and produced by Dr Venkat under RR Movie Makers banner. Devi sri Prasad is music director. Cinematography is by Chota K Naidu.Anushka is once again pairing opposite Nagarjuna.
