Young Tiger NTR’s Rabhasa was in news more for wrong reasons than for right ones from the day it started. The movie shooting was slowed down due to the critical illness of director Santosh Srinivas. He has recovered and the movie shooting is going on at brisk pace. The markers are planning to release the film on August 14th at any cost to cash the long weekend due to Independence day. It is said that they are planning to release the audio of the film on July 20th.
Rabhasa is the second directorial venture of Santosh Srinivas after the highly successful Kandireega. Samantha and Pranita are playing the female leads in the movie. Thaman is composing music for NTR once again after Brindavanam, Baadshah and Ramayya Vasthavayya
It is known that Junior NTR has returned to Telugu Desam Party’s fold and is attending Chandra Babu’s swearing-in ceremony today evening. He along with his brother Kalyan Ram reached Nimmakuru, the native of Legend NTR and paid homage to NTR and Basavatarakam statues there. Speaking to media, he expressed his delight on TDP coming to power in the new state.
“I pray god that TDP remains in power forever. It is good that TDP is in power in the new state and Mavayya (CBN) will be the Chief Minister. I wish them all good fortunes”, NTR said. When asked about his role in politics in the coming days, NTR replied that he is not in to politics now.
Chandra Babu Naidu’s Swearing-in ceremony seems to be bringing all the family members of Nandamuri and Nara close. Junior NTR and his family had decided put aside the differences aside and patch up with TDP. It is said that Junior NTR, Kalyan Ram and Hari Krishna will be attending Chandra Babu’s swearing-in ceremony on Sunday in Guntur. TDP sources have confirmed this too.
It is known that Junior NTR vigorously campaigned for TDP in 2009 elections. But he slowly distanced himself with the entry of Nara Lokesh. The gap widened when his close aide, Kodali Nani quit TDP making severe allegations and abuses on the party and Chandra Babu. The actor even did not campaign in the elections.
Kajal Agarwal and Young Tiger NTR are all set to pair up for the third time in their careers. Kajal is chosen as the heroine in Puri Jagannadh’s next for NTR. She earlier romanced NTR in Brindavanam and Baadshah and on both occasions, the films went on to become biggest hits in the actor’s career. Fans will expect nothing less from this hattrick combination.
The project will be launched very soon and the regular shooting of the movie will begin from July after NTR completes Rabhasa. Vakkantham Vamsi will be giving story for the movie which was rumoured to be titled as ‘Kummutha/Kummestha’. Devi Sri Prasad who composed music for NTR’s Adhurs and Oosaravelli will be composing music for this film. Bandla Ganesh will be producing the film under his Parameswara Arts banner.
Nandamuri Kalyan Ram has lost quite an amount of money after he produced several duds on his NTR Arts banner. His recent film, Om 3D was produced by a fat budget but failed miserably at the box office. And now in order to save Kalyan Ram from going bankrupt, NTR has agreed to do a film for his brother.
NTR’s next introducing film writer Vakkantham Vamsi as director will be made on his NTR Arts banner. The film may go on floors from August. It is said that NTR will not take any remuneration for the film but will work on profit sharing basis after the movie release. Tamannah is considered as the female lead and Devi Sri Prasad for composing the music.
If the rumours doing rounds in Filmnagar are to be believed, Young Tiger NTR will be seen in a full length Police role in his upcoming film to be directed by Puri Jagannadh. This is the second time he is appearing in the Khaki dress after his little cameo in Baadshah film. The film will be launched in a few days and will start rolling after NTR completes Rabhasa.
Devi Sri Prasad who composed music for NTR’s Adhurs will be composing music for this film. Bandla Ganesh will be producing the film under his Parameswara Arts banner. Bandla Ganesh earlier produced NTR’s Baadshah which is currently the biggest grosser in NTR’s career. More details of this project later.

Young Tiger NTR had disappointed his fans on his Birthday. The first look teaser of his next, Rabhasa was released at the stroke of midnight on Monday on the eve of the actor’s Birthday. The 30 seconds teaser had nothing new in it. There are routine visuals and stunt which are quite common in NTR films.
What is more disappointing is that the visuals appeared like we have already seen them and that too in NTR’s films. Particularly the first shot in which he walks across looks like the shot in Ramayya Vasthavayya teaser and the shot in which baddies tumble remind us the shot in Dhammu theatrical trailer. We just hope the movie will be some thing different.
